Vortech Water/Air Intercooler, modified outlet to match throttlebody intake

Origonal vs. New Rods, Lighter and longer to offset wrist pin variances

Intake and exhaust paths have been opened up and matched to manifolds

951 Forged Turbo pistons modified for use in the 32V 5.0 V8

New Valves, tri Angle valve seats

 

 

Crankshaft Installed in Cradle

Pistons in and Oil sump in place, this includes oil baffle (GTS style)

Final testing of crank and pistons for smooth rotation

Heads are now on

Oil and Water pump installation

Camshafts and intake manifold installed

Fuel injection parts going on

Supercharger fitting for belt alignment

Ignition system install

Balanced flywheel on and engine wiring harness

Supercharger pipes are fitted

System pressurized to 20PSI looking for any problems or leaks

Completed engine build

Air Intake and MAF installed
